In my experience I had to edit my custom USBInjectAll.aml again, after the Catalina update and then it works flawless.

Paste your entire EFI on you INTERNAL EFI PARTITION, where you are supposed to boot from. Then go to Clover/Boot/ and copy BOOTX64.efi on /Microsoft/ rename it of bootmgr.efi. You can share you EFI folder and I´ll show you how to do it

Windows have its own .efi to start its SO, so if you replace it with Clover.efi RENAMED (otherwise it won't boot) you will be able to select the SO you want to boot on

Do as I wrote before

Boot on Windows, mount EFI partition, rename Clover/Boot/xx.efi to bootmgr.efi Replace it in Clover/Windows/Boot

Did you need InjectIntel>YES?

Create a USB to boot with and you can experiment as you want.

You need HEVC decode, it is available since Skylake 6th generation and your processor is 5th generation....

iGPU activated, check your USBInjectAll DSDT, and you don't post any Wireless Card, you need Bluetooth and Wifi, and I don't know exactly - Handoff and Continuity

Mmmm sound interesting, the thing I have read is that you need Skylake or newer because Sidecar need one type of encode HEVC

You must have the iGPU working, that's why Apple only support Skylake++, if the CPU is that i7-4790K you will not be able to use Sidecar
