Here's my EFI folder for Mojave on Asus Prime Z390-A/RX580, hope it helps. Keep in mind that the USB ports I set up in this may or may not be right for you so will need tweaking.

Have you tried following @ModMike's post? I have the Asus Prime Z390-A, i7-8700K and RX580. His guide worked first time for me, and this is my first Hackintosh. iMessage and App Store, etc., all work too. Worth reading his guide if you're still having trouble. He includes files, too.
