Upgraded directly from 12.6.1 and everything is going perfectly. At first only the first dp port is working after the upgrade. After upgraded Lilu, Whatevergreen and VirtualSMC to the latest version, all the three dp port became normal.

Do not upgrade bios to version F21!!!! It broken my build with Gigabyte z490 aorus pro ax. And yes, downgrade is not possible confirmed by Gigabyte. :banghead:

I am facing the same problem. After upgrading to 12.0.1 my mac can boot successfully, but crashes after several minutes. I tried replacing FakePCIID.kext with boot args, it went even worse.
