Still downloading for nearly 2 hours (200Mbit up/down). Speeds in Europe are not great. Can't wait to start using OpenCore.

That's exactly what I have done, however, did not help. Also tried running `sudo mount -uw /' manually, but nothing. Running `kextstat`command confirms that lilu 1.3.8 AND WEG 1.3.3 are still used. :/

How did you install using Hackintool? I am trying to update Lilu and WEG using this tool without any success, it keeps showing the following: However, under /Library/Extension/ folder, WEG version is 1.3.4. Does it look the same for you?

How did you manage to update to clover 5098? I tried updating from 5070 to 5098 using clover configurator without any success.

Could you elaborate on how did you update to Clover 5097? Did you try 5098? I'm stuck with 5070 and trying to update to 5098 using Clover configurator does not help.

Had the same issue on Mojave where I was missing .IABootFiles in root directory. However, there was "macOS Install Data" folder. Deleted that one and it worked. After reboot, "Boot macOS X from install .." disappeared.
