I have a RX580 and I'm facing the same problem with Premiere cc19. The older cc17 works great when IGPU is disabled. I can't enable my IGPU anway! OS won't boot then :( How did you do it?

Hey Chris! I have a z390 Aorus Ultra with a Radeon RX580 and I have done everything you said but somehow it isn't possible to activate the internal graphics. Everytime I try to do that I can't enter in OS (High Sierra) and the apple won't load and I only see this Ø Can anyone help me please...
