    I took out my GPU, extra HDDs/SSDs, and swapped memory. Still crashes. I think it might be the PSU. On Windows, it is fine. So perhaps I need drivers/kexts so Mac knows what to do with my PSU?

    Slick build. I managed to get everything up and running. I keep facing sudden reboots, even with the same motherboard and CPU as you. Were those BIOS changes the only thing you did?

    Try switching to HDMI or DP, and in BIOS Advanced Settings -> System Agent turn on CPU Graphics and turn on CSM.
