I tried a lot of things to fix the 7MB VRAM issue. THIS finally solved my 7MB VRAM issue. I did not found the 64mb prealloc in the Dell UEFI, but after disabling VT-d it worked. Now full 1536MB, acceleration and tearing is gone. Apple Maps is now working too.

Thx. I removed the Multibeast generated EFI and replaced with the EFI from the Usb flash drive (created by Unibeast). Then I can boot Mojave from the SSD. So something went wrong when I used Multibeast. I also checked the VRAM for the HD4600. I have only 7MB VRAM.

I have the same issue with my 7020. Only some MB of VRAM instead of 1536 and tearing on some website in Safari. Apple Maps also not working. Only black map and tearing. I also use an SSD with APFS. I also have another problem. I can only boot from the usb drive generated with Unibeast...
