Yeah its too bad, i'm also running into a massive battery drain without the SSDT-10-Optable .dsl file. quite odd.

I'm having issues with the trackpad as well, did the DSDT Patch but to no avail. Battery patch worked fine but I had to manually type some areas to ensure there weren't errors. Would love to help anyway I can I have the laptop updated to Mojave.

Were you able to get the battery working? I keep running into compile errors for B1B2. Nevermind I figured out the Battery, had to manually patch the DSDT. Still having issues with the trackpad with those 2 Kexts you mentioned as well as the VoodooPS2 Kext file
