I did not work for me.I did the combo update, and after rebooting all i get is a apple logo and then a black screen, any suggestions?

Finally got it to work By using this guide http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwmkU5wPi5g Everything works, the only thing i did deferent from the guide was that i did not format my drive so everything i had was left untouched

Same thing happened to me, I did install using iBoot, did apple 6.8 multi update, ran multi Beast, rebooted and I got the same results as you

This is the same thing that happened to me, did install with iBoot, did 6.8 update ran MultiBeast 3.9.0, I rebooted and got the same issue, the good thing is that I was able boot up with iBoot and run Carbon copy to reinstall my back up
