I update bios of mother board to newest version as well, and I've downgraded bios to older version as before.

I touch this check update and download by mistake. how could i disable this update notification?

I use the .efi file to fix my problem but without slide=0. slide=0 will make my hackintosh fail when boot. thx

disable? I see somebody say Enable. Confused. I read the ErP mean, allow power consume when shutdown. Shutdown looks more reasonable.

others say disable ERP, for not allow power consume when shutdown.

How should i config it?

I use this with upper config, adding FixRTC=true and this kext. https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/nullcpupowermanagement.268/ this kext disables intelcpumanagement.kext as it says. and i move all kexts in /L/E to /EFI this works a few times then reboot again. it's not a solution.
