I make all new EFI and work great . Just make own MacSerial (make new CPUFriend.kext if you have different CPU)

Are you sure you didn't confuse the section? I have HP Probook 650 G1 and have similar problem. Maybe there is have something new that makes Big Sur problematic for some HP laptops.
