I have same issue but some time my monitor is black and do not come back. I resolve it with change DP version 1.4 (or 1.2) to 1.1 in monitor, everything so smooth. But I want to use DP 1.2, i also google it but changing DP is only solution.

Clover 5103 cause that issue I updated to lastest 5107, everything work well
