    [Release] Hackintool v3.x.x

I was thinking if you needed help testing 1.5.8 I can disable my working file to see if it works with your new process. Knowing I have a fallback is good. Martin

    [Release] Hackintool v3.x.x

I recently update to 10.14.1 and my existing USBPorts.kext file continued to work. If there is something that you would like tested let me know and I would be happy to help. Also I note in the start up that FB Patcher outputs 2018-11-01 17:51:11.122 FBPatcher[731:7966] Metal Device Name...

    [Release] Hackintool v3.x.x

Is usbports.kext file applicable to version updates eg 10.14.1 or does it need to be reconfigured each time? Also is it tuned to the bios at all? I did a bios update on my motherboard and usb and boitibo failed completely. Reverting back was fine. Thanks in advance. Martin

[Guide] Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen

Does this WEG log explain why I can't get 4k on my HDMI monitor. I note that -cdfon wasn't setting enable-hdmi2k either. Note that my monitor is only 30fps so it is really only HDMI 1.4 WhateverGreen: igfx @ (DBG) patching framebufferId 0x3E9B0007 connector [1] busId: 0x01, pipe: 9...

HD630 on Coffee Lake 8400 Issue

I had similar issues on a B360 motherboard until I changed the busid for the first two video ports to 1 and 2. This is easy with FB Patcher. I know have 2 HDMI ports plus VGA. What I can't do is configure 4K on HDMI (can get 1440p) with acceleration. Martin

    [Release] Hackintool v3.x.x

Trying 1.4.9 and I notice the new installed info don't show the correct version info. All show as DBG-123-2018-09-21 which is only correct for WEG. Also the included 10.14 data shows the RC version 18A389 and not 18391 Martin

[Guide] Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen

I do see other HiDPI entries just not the high ones. I will try the flush. It is not really FB Patcher related, Mojave would not expose any audio devices on the PCI device for you to read with the Inject 5 that I used. Martin

[Guide] Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen

I tried both of those already, I see a lot more in the Option Click and SwitchResX does give me 1440p but I don't get 2160p that I get with the framebuffer off. Thanks I will play with that. FBPatcher worked great for disabling USB ports. One note on Audio I had to run FB Patcher in High...

[Guide] Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen

Ok thanks to WhateverGreen Lilu and FBPatcher I know have a working accelerated UHD 630 running on B360 Coffee Lake with 2 HDMI and 1 VGA monitor running together on Mojave including HDMI audio and Realtek AC662 audio, and sleep works too. The only issue I still am having is I don't get a...

[Guide] Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen

I dd and it is very handy at setting my con0 and con1 variables and memory, thanks for that. Weg accepts and logs the changes fine setting to hdmi x2 and one vga doesn't help. A couple of suggestions to imorove it would be to load the igfxdump file automatically and show the display0...

[Guide] Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen

I have tried everything I can think of to get my 3e92 Intel UHD 630 card to show up when using the patching methods in this thread. My card has two HDMI ports and one VGA (which works accelerated). In ioreg my HDMI devices always show as disabled with AAPL,DisplayPipe FF 00 00 00...
