I'm having the same problems with a Sapphire Pulse Vega 56. When idling, the temperature reads out as 50-52 degrees, with the fans at 1400 rpm. When the temp goes above 52, the fans will ramp up for a short while, until the temp is down to 50 again. In windows the idle temp is around 35 degrees...

I used the Pulse RX 580 4 GB in 10.14.0 to 0.1. Worked OOB with Whatevergreen and Lilu installed.

Didn't work for me - neither through the updater or the combo update (updating from 14.0). After the installer reboots, and right before the login window, the screen turns black. Running a Sapphire RX 580 on a 8700K.
