    Currently on Big Sur 11.6.2 and ethernet is working fine. Way more stable than my EFI. Im about to install Monterey and see what's up.

    Figured it out.... It was the Bios. I did a bios reset and had my old hackintosh profile saved. Loaded it and the install worked.

    Hey I got the same mobo and a 3970. Having a hard time installing both Big Sur and Monterey. Freezes at 12 minutes remaining and reboots... Did y'all hit that hurdle?
