Hi my e5 2690v2 shows Maximum clock speed as 3.29 ghz in turbo. it supposed to be 3 ghz in normal and 3.6 ghz in turbo Any advice?

I have a usb 3 pci card Installed if i remove that, then the shutdown and rebooting works otherwise it always restarts whenever i click shutdown.. I hope this info may help you

E5 2690v2 is affordable for me. And with a dual cpu setups i can do a lot of rendering pretty faster.

I did the changes and added ke I did the hardware monitor after installing the kexts It looks like my 8 cores only working Kindly check the screen shot

AMD rx580 with Mojave NO SOUND VIA HDMI I used HDMI Audio KEXT and it works with high Sierra but no so lucky with Mojave. kindly help.

Thanks for the reply Iam using mac mro 5,1 as a system defenition here is the full Efi folder kindly check. I checked via Hdmi cable only at the moment . Didn't check via Dvu or diasplaport as i don't have those cables.
