Thank you again for your help :thumbup: I did a clean system install without any SSDT's and I could install Nvidia drivers without problems.
Previously I had the SSDT-X299-TB3-iMacPro-BR2A.aml active and that might have caused problems as my GPU was identified as Thunderbolt device when that...
I think the problem was that I hadn't followed the steps in E.9.2.2) - GFX0, HDAU - Nvidia Graphics Card and HDMI/DP Audio PCI implementation before installing the drivers.

Nvidia drivers seem to be now active and in use. I followed this guide to create SSDT file. I placed the file to EFI partition (in my SSD) in folder /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/
