Now i start LAN by manually change connection speed to 100 baseTX. I use RealtekRTL8111.kext

And i test kext AirportItlwm-Big_Sur-v1.2.0 - it work too. So now i replace itlwm+heliport by AirportItlwm-Big_Sur-v1.2.0

So..now i know: 1. Itlwm.kext must be used with HeliPort. Will test it tomorrow. 2. I can see real MAC of my wifi and lan cards (in hardware tab) - so i think may be device start, but not correct ? to be continued..
