Update, I found my bootable usb, and sure enough it had the old version clover (4428), and I was able to boot into mac. I'm wondering, does 4862 have issues with High Sierra 10.13.4, or is there something I have to adjust to get it to work? I'll try the version you're using and see if that helps.

Thanks P1LGRIM, That made the process easier. I added the two kexts to the folder on the EFI Partition. Did the boot as per the instructions, got to the apple log in screen, and keyboard still doesn't work. I tried a PC USB Keyboard and a genuine mac keyboard and still nothing. The crazy thing...

I Downloaded that kext on another computer, put it on a thumb drive and placed the thumb drive in the hackintosh. I'm now on the clover boot page...how can I install the kext through here? Apologies for so many questions. I have never done code before. I am beyond lost at this point.
