You could have kept your original system definitions. The speed of your system didn't change. Most benchmark programs are not optimized for 10.8.3.
Your Mac is running the same as as before 10.8.3 . Actually it is probably running faster.
What's your GeekBench score?
Mine dropped also. But if noticed no performance loss when rendering. I actually have an increase. From what I've read, I don't think Geekbench is optimized for 10.8.3.
I don't know of a way to check. What is the power draw listed on the bottom of the Duet? It's doesn't show on the website if I'm looking at the correct one?

Did you change your Bios settings to use the PCI Graphics card?
Edit: I seen you disabled on board HD4000.
I got mine to be recognized after I did a clean install of 10.8.3.

I had the problem with that I moved my user folder to another drive. And when I edited the systemprofiler on the install drive it didn't change. But when I went to my user folder on the second drive I found the same file.
