Thanks RehabMan for your patience, Attached. Native graphics is the 17" screen with 1920x1080 resolution. If you look at the CPU-Z Graphics tab, does that mean I don't have integrated graphics at all? Just doesn't make sense.

When you say you got USB 3 ports working, do you mean they are operational or that you got them running at USB 3 speeds?
