I figured out that the problem was with the power limitation to CPU. I set my vcore to 1.25 in BIOS and with extensive Blender and Cinebench testing in Windows it showed to be fine, however, here it cannot pass the Geekbench.
I wonder why such difference.

When selecting wallpaper in settings, there are three dynamic options that change based on time of day, Catalina and Mojave have this issue, but the third one does not.
