How did you manage with MultiBeast?

To add more info: I don't know why but my CPU don't go beyond 4.3GHz of overlock. If i set multiplier 45 or 48, when o boot the Mobo says it's running at 4.3Ghz (43 x 100). Do i need to change something else to go beyond 4.3?

Question about Voltages. On my Z68MX-UD2h-B3 with the i7 2600k the board identifies that the normal CPU Voltage is 1.35V, and from what i'm reading here it seems that you do overclock with less.
