100% solved in my case. I activated 5ghz network, now mouse and bt audio is smooth as butter.

I just compared with my desktop boot in verbose mode and it seems you have some unneeded ssdt there. Just a guess. It breaks in the middle of ssdt patch applying. Try uncheck some options.
