Ok, so removing the other kexts and drivers didn't help. I then created a new partioned drive after erasing the USB. Following your instructions, using Clover I created the EFI folder and this lot are already in the drivers...

Yeah, followed it, I just added the extra files you supplied to the ones that were already there once Clover had done it's bit... I'll try reformatting the USB and do a fresh copy of everything incase it still has files from previous attempts... I assumed running Clover again that it would be...
