I've noticed that scrolling in Chrome on my Optiplex is sometimes stuttering, the same applies to 60fps videos. Is it related to HD4000 drivers? Maybe this is some kind of a bug.
OK, called them again and gave them a screen sharing session, after seeing the iMessage error code they unlocked my Optiplex. They haven't seen it's a Hackintosh (just a desktop with the iMessage window was enough).
Checked out iMessage and it still doesn't work. However I've noticed that now I've got 2 mac minis registered with my Apple ID, instead of one. Maybe support screwed something up?
I told them that my Mac Mini was having an issue with iMessage - it gave me an "Unable to sign in" error with a support code. After telling it they started investigating, whitelisted my Optiplex and told me to wait.
It was much simpler than I thought. They haven't realized it's a Hackintosh...

But I don't think I'd be able to remove my existing Apple ID & create a new one with the same email (I don't want to use another email just for Apple ID)
Maybe I'd say that I got this Mac Mini as a gift and now I'm trying to access iMessage and I get an error with that code and if they asked for a S/N I'd say I don't currently have access to it.
But this is kind of a lie but a white one and 80% truthful.
Anyway, what if I reinstall macOS on my...
OK so what should I tell them? I've read some posts about it and they're likely to ask for my serial number and I don't think I'd be able to tell them the one from SMBIOS without being a little suspicious.
Hello, I installed macOS (10.14) on my Optiplex through this guide and everything runs fine except iMessage and FaceTime.
When logging in to them I get an activation error:
The Console app shows that I've got errors 31 and 20 and according to How to fix iMessage the first one is related to...
