Here is my setup:
- i7 7700 3.6
- Asus H270+
- Realtek ALC887 Audio
I'm unable to detect any audio devices. I have read several guides, but I'm perhaps too much of a noob to understand where to start. I have tried every audio option in Multibeast to no avail.
Thanks for the help.
I wanted to return and show proof of the finished product.

Hi there,
I'm running:
- i7 7700 3.6GHZ
- Asus h270+
- Geforce 1060 6GB
- 32GB ram
Can anyone help my choose a system definition. I'm assuming it's an iMac, but I'm not sure how to choose which model.
Many thanks.
I have 4 monitors connected to my machine. 2 are connected to my onboard video and 2 are connected to my Geforce 1060. The onboard video display works although is absolute garbage - pixelated, shaky etc and the monitors connected to my 1060 display a black screen. I feel like I have tried...
Hi there. I have the same setup as you. Have you tried setting up a Fake CPU ID? In the Clover boot loader, click Settings > Binaries Patching > Fake CPU ID and enter: 0x0506e3. That worked for me.
I have a related question. If have already used Clover to set up my iMessage. I'm having a heck of a time getting my Nvidia drivers to work so I'm thinking of changing my system definition from Mac Pro to MacBook Pro. If I run Multibeast again, will it destroy / overwrite the config.plist file?
Worked for me on the first try! It set off a chain of password resets, validations, etc. But it appears to be working. Thanks so much for all of this work. How the eff do you guys figure this stuff out?
When I boot, I need to choose Binaries Patching and set my Fake CPU ID to: 0x0506e3.
I need to do this every time I boot. Is there a way to set this permanently?
That did it! Amazing. The OS install stops on the drive selection because only my thumb drive is visible. My BIOS can see several drives, but none are visible here. Take a look: . Is this a bios setting or a bootloader problem?
Thank you! I made the change as you suggested and now a bunch of stuff happens and then the machine restarts and brings be back to the Clover main page. Is this happening because of my BIOS boot settings?
Here is a short video showing the problem:
Thanks,
I've just started building my Hackintosh and am totally stuck right away :(.
I've created the Boot USB drive and made the BIOS changes I could find / recognize. After clicking "Boot from Mac OS" in the Clover bootloader I'm stuck at the Apple logo. This is the text I see on screen when choosing...
Amazing. Done! Thanks so much for the help. That's the end of my purchasing. I ended up going with 3 solid state drives so I can triple boot.
I'll post the details when I have it all set up.
