I jumped through all the different hoops of deleting plists, updating FileNVRAM etc. What worked for me was to simply Go to App Store and under quick links select Account | Apple ID | Edit and change your password.
It might be worth a try but, it looks like you're running a GTX 580 so I would probably look to copy a definition that is closer to your model if there is one. As long as you backup the Info.plist you can always revert back, though I must admit that I have a cloned drive just in case the system...
Just wanted to share what I did to get AGPM working. I'm using iMac12,2 as my sys def and I was getting the following in the system log
[AGPM Controller] unknownPlatform
AVF error: AVAHDGPURendererVP2VP3BoostVP3: AGPMSetBoost code = 0 returned 0xe00002c2 (ig)
So I decided to tweak the...
There is a thread over on insanely that explains the problem and the solution thanks to bcc9. Do a search for "Waiting for root device when kernel cache in use, but only with some disks" to find it. I had the same problem and his fix worked for me.
Those should just be warnings and shouldn't prevent it from compiling but to fix them:
Go to the line number and replace CreateByteField with CreateWordField
I'm using this GT 640 http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-2048MB-Graphics-02G-P4-2643-KR/dp/B0086UXQES and it works natively in ML, don't even need graphics enabler. Dual monitors using DVI + DVI or DVI +HDMI. Might be a little under powered for CAD stuff though.

By all means, any good network device will auto negotiate the speed and duplex so one device can be 100/Full and another device could be 10/Half or 1000/Full. Higher end devices will even allow you to configure the speed and duplex.
Of course not you're the only reasonable person on the whole planet and your pathetic ideas are always right (sarcasm). You make statements that you can't back up with any reasonable data and then run away once someone challenges you to do so. Typical half duper. Come on here, follow someone...
I was answering the OPS question from my own experience, you on the other hand decided to take a jab at me for no apparent reason. What's the mtbf on usb flash drives compared to hard drives? I would guess as good if not better. If you have nothing better to add then sarcasm, then please don't...
The file that contains the boot options, it's named org.chameleon.Boot.plist. It will be in your Extra folder. Add the following to it.
<key>UseKernelCache</key>
<string>Yes</string>
No incredible is your apparent no it all attitude. I've been doing it on three different hacks since SL and haven't had a single problem. And for 8 bucks you can easily have a backup.
