UNIBEAST ERROR Will cot copy files

I have a friend that is giving me a Dell Precision T1700 and I would like to install Mohave on it. I have read there are some issues with sound and a usb sound card will fix that. What steps do I need to do to get Mohave installed? Will I need to make any modifications? Please help:)
