Ah okay, well I guess I'll just finish this build up, with Intel GPU only. Just have to get sleep working and fix a few issues. After that I'll get the NVIDIA side working properly with Switchable Graphics off.
Start over using Clover, follow this guide:

Make sure to turn UEFI back on in the BIOS.
I realise that, that is why I was wondering if there was something similar to override the ports. I believe when HDMI is plugged in, it is looking to the IGPU instead of the NVIDIA GPU, which means that it's not going to work.
Rufus does all this automatically as well as turning the bootable flag on. I've had more success with Rufus then via formatting the USB and manually copying the installation files.
When looking at IOReg with NVIDIA GPU enabled, I'm seeing 4 extra displays - (NVDA,Display-A@0), (NVDA,Display-B@1), (NVDA,Display-C@2) and (NVDA,Display-D@3). Might be possible to do something like AppleIntelFramebufferAzul.sh with these?
Create a bootable USB using Rufus:

Make sure to select 'GPT partition scheme for UEFI computer' under 'Partition scheme and target system type'. Also make sure UEFI is enabled in the BIOS. You can PM me if you want help re-installing everything.
Been playing around with the NVIDIA GPU. So far I found it only works with Switchable Graphics off. I re-enabled the GPU in my DSDT/SSDT so it's detected, but not sure how to get it working when Switchable Graphics is on.
It seems you are correct, disabling NVIDIA GPU also disables the HDMI/DP ports from working.
Why would AppleIntelFramebufferAzul.sh show the other ports then? Also is there away around this issue?
I used the DSDT from your modified folder and SSDT5 from your original folder. They should be good to test. For dropping OEM SSDT's in Chameleon I believe the flag is DropSSDT=True.
Hey, you might want to try my method for disabling the NVIDIA GPU:

As for VGA, it isn't supported.
Good to know.
HDMI/DP were working when the NVIDIA GPU was enabled, but now I've disabled it, HDMI/DP aren't working either. There is also a VGA port but that is not supported and I don't need it anyway.
Using AppleIntelFramebufferAzul.sh, I thought I would be able to configure the port...
Hmm, not sure why the patches didn't work then. I reverted all my changes, and patched at you said. Both Battery & SD Card Reader work.
My next step is going to be getting the HDMI/DP ports working. Been trying with Pike R. Alpha's AppleIntelFramebufferAzul.sh script, however not particularly...
I thought you wanted my currently patched ACPI Tables, see the following link my complete set:

Thanks for all your help by the way, means a lot.
I'll try those patches now.
Based on IOReg BAT0 has all properties while BAT1 & BAT2 don't. BAT1 & BAT2 also report BatteryInstalled=false.
I'm guessing I have to patch out BAT 1 & BAT 2. Would I just remove the code or how would I unconditionally make them return zero?
