Solved it by reinstall. One also have to remove the EmuVariableUefi-64.efi. Apparently it also causes issues, and is only needed to activate iMessage.

Appreciate you quick reply guys. Can I exclude OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi from clover bootloader? Like you can do with Kexts? I do not want to go through another reinstall. I had already 5 or 6 of those :( As I have WD Black NVMe drive, I cannot access it from other PC/System to manually remove it.

Hi, Did you manage to solve the issue? I have the same with Mojave 10.14.5. Installation goes through well. But then, after couple of Reboots, it gives me that very same error :( I can reinstall the system from clover (even without USB) and then it works again for a day. I am completely lost.
