The utility will patch the Nvidia web drivers, as a previous version. Unfortunately, though - as previously stated - you can get multi-monitor support and not much else. I wound up downgrading two systems to 10.13.6 because "nothing" worked.
These applications must be ran through Terminal. The usual syntax is "sudo ./" and the executable. Nvidia-update is straight forward enough. Web-Driver-Toolkit requires a bit more knowledge. But, the end result is patching of the Nvidia Web driver and functioning video display.
It's not a permanent solution... I have multi-monitor support... but there is no hardware acceleration. The video is choppy and seems faded. However, either of these solutions will enable older versions of the web drivers to work with the Mojave / beta...
