Is there an instruction set for this? (Instructions, Guide, etc) Just a patch that has everything together in order (I also forgot a couple of variables)

I'll admit I was really sloppy when I patched my DSDT, and didn't really organize the patches. I will probably go back through and create an *organised* patch once I figure out what I did wrong. Do I just install Debug ACPIBatteryManager.kext and provide the normal problem reporting files...

    An iDiot's Guide To iMessage

If anybody has success with a MacBookPro 13,1 SMBIOS, sound off! I know some people have had trouble with the iMac 17,1 (iMac 14,1 works) and I will try to find out if MBP 13,1 works. This guide looks promising!

Thanks!! I am definitely starting to understand ACPI a lot more! Does this DSDT seem good? (Also check my XMD0 in root scope and the code that references it)

Does this mean I messed up, or I'm good to go? And I thought I had to patch Store (FB4, SMD0) and Store (SMD0, FB4)

What parts of the DSDT will I need to patch for SMD0? SMD0 is the only variable I have left to patch. This is where I messed up last time

I think I fixed the errors. I used the command line iASL in windows and used notepad++ to fix the errors.

I'm trying to learn, but with me, I have to see a before and after to really "understand" how to do something. Could you write a patch for my dsdt, that way I can compare the two DSDT's (battery patched and battery unpatched) to see how I would go about deeply patching, comparing the two as I...

I'm back, since DSDT battery patching was frying my brain. I started over and got to here. I'm a little stuck trying to understand some errors on the compiler

@counterfactual Since there is no way for me to PM you, an I know that posting other links is technically not allowed. I quoted the problem I'm having from a lenovo forum, where nobody has answered my issue. So I will see if you can help me. I have a problem with my hotkeys in windows: If you...

No idea. It's probably not that much work to get both TP and TS working. I'd seek help at the VoodooI2C thread: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/wip-voodooi2c-i2c-trackpad-limited-support.204227/
