I used the legacy 887 driver without dsdt. And after the install has completed I manually added the dsdt to /extra folder. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply. I've managed to bypass the problem. Is not actually a proper fix but it works. My tv allows me to change the audio input on hdmi. So instead I just connected audio out lead from the computer to audio in red and white on the tv So still still works and it's like...

DBP thanks again for your reply. I got the motherboard from tonymac recommended gigabyte motherboards on buyers guide 2012. It's sayes this board also a few others most compatible with OS X and easiest for first time builders. Well just have to give it ago now I think and see what happens.
