So everything is now working except the sound...... i followed the guide in the FAQ and installed a appleHDA.kext i found online for my idt92hd99bxx sound card and el captain recognizes it and lets me control the audio levels but no sound actually plays

no the bluetooth controller does not show in system information. the usb part that is or the bluetooth part

Update! I have gotten el captain up and running and installed the recommended wifi card BCM94352HMB and got the wifi working but the bluetooth does not seem to register no matter what i tried, even after following your guide. Also my audio card is recognized by macOS but is not working. thank...

thank you so much for the help thus far, i have been able to boot clover, however when i select the install OS X option in verbose the only thing that pops up is "+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++" and then the computer reboots to the clover field. I have been trying different config.plist...

I did follow the guide before. However clover won't even boot,everytime i click boot from usb in the boot menu it just loads the native windows OS

So after several hours of trying i cant seem to getmy computer to boot from the USB. I tried everything from messing with the BIOS settings along with several other things. I tried googling the problem with no luck. I am stuck, has anyone else had this problem??

I did, however the FAQ says "Not if the discrete card is not dedicated" but mine is dedicated and also uses optimus. Ive been searching around but can not find a clear answer

Would me dedicated NVIDiA card work? or do i need to disable it?
