Sorry if I am missing something here but what do you mean by "offline mode"? I want to have the iGPU enabled in order for Quicksync to work. Otherwise real life projects take much longer to export

I've managed to get both iGPU and RX560 working, but here's the case, BruceX scores are better when only the RX560 alone is used. Particularly:
RX560 only (iGPU disabled): BruceX 42 secs.
iGPU+RX560: BruceX 100 secs
Just for reference iGPU (HD4000) only gets a score of about 150sec...

Same thing here. I had overclocked in BIOS (no Clover tinkering or DSDT involved) in El Capitan and was working fine at 4.4GHz. After installing Sierra I can't get it to clock over stock frequency 3.4GHz
