Re: [SUCCESS] GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3, i5-2500k, Radeon HD 6850, SSD
I'm glad it did, aw man Im now not sure whether to bite the bullet and go for an imac now. I can get a 27inch i5 3.1 for the same price as what you have and a 32inch led screen argh so confused now!
Re: [SUCCESS] GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3, i5-2600k, Radeon HD 6850, SSD
Does it look like a hackintosh or lion in general problem?
I hope you find a solution!! :)
Re: [SUCCESS] GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3, i5-2500k, Radeon HD 6850, SSD
thanks for all that.
It seems a bit annoying because the new iMacs have it come up as a single drive, due to Intel Smart Response technology so I would have hoped there was a way to implement that, hopefully at some point!
Is it...

Ah ok never mind, would have been good to have straight HDMI rather than through displayport, did you manage to get sound out through the Displayport -> HDMI adaptor
When doing the initial setup through the mobo video card did you...
Dragging this up again, but no one seem to clear up if the 5260S drive worked, its the only white/silver one I can seem to find and if the similar black sony one works then surely it should do!!
Thanks !
I'm confused what the standing is with Lion and HD-687A-ZNFC it does or does not work??
would the Gigabyte GV R685OC-1GD be better, as it is reported to work though only though a single display port and dvi??
Re: [SUCCESS] GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3, i5-2500k, Radeon HD 6850, SSD
Is there another graphics card that we should use, the one you have is the recommender one but seems odd only two ports work!!
Re: [SUCCESS] GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3, i5-2500k, Radeon HD 6850, SSD
Is it very straight forward having the SSD and HDD set up from the beginning?
Sorting out how it boots from one and has the other installed at the same time confuses me, is it recognized as a separate drive by OS X? thanks :)
Re: [SUCCESS] GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3, i5-2500k, Radeon HD 6850, SSD
haha ok that makes sense, I got worried for a bit there!]
Thanks for such a speedy reply :D
I'm trying to put together my first Hackintosh and a main thing for me is the wifi, is the D-Link 100% compatible or will I get better results with the BCM94322MC (or other). I'm hoping to jump straight to Lion in case that makes a difference!
There seems to be a lot of conflicting advice...

I've been doing a lot of research and your system is similar to what I'm going to be doing, you have a 32bit benchtest, have you got it working in 64 yet?
Thanks for the guide, hopefully I'll be putting it to good use in a couple...
