Thank you very much for providing solutions. It's finally solved for me. For anyone interested I accessed the partition on windows and overwritten the two efi files. Followed guide shown in this youtube video Cheers!

I updated security update 2017-003 rather late, and got into this reboot problem. It seems to be this problem is solved for everybody but I still can't figure out. I can't even boot to El Capitan, so how can I mount EFI? I see the clover boot options and there's no "mounting EFI" option as far...

I had the exact same symptom and in my case it was bluetooth. Bluetooth preferences -> Advanced -> uncheck "Allow bluetooth devices to wake this computer" After that, it goes to sleep and stays sleep. Unfortunately I can't wake it up by using my bluetooth keyboard but I still can use USB wifi mouse.

Thanks to ammulder's guide, installation was pretty straight forward even for a total newbie like me. It took only 2 hours to install both El Capitan 10.11.5 and Windows 10. However, I was experiencing all sorts of issues other people on this thread have mentioned. sleep/wake, shutdown...

Followed the guide on El Capitan 10.11.5 and Windows 10 and it works like charm. I did not have to install bootcamp drivers for the keyboard to work but then I guess it is required for the function keys to work. I was about to order a wired keyboard when I thought wireless keyboard doesn't work...
