I don't think anything changed lately in my desk and surrounding. I thought it could be my system because after I updated to 10.15.7 I can't have Netflix and Amazon Prime videos working.

I am lately having issues with apple mouse. It moves horizontally ok, but sometimes gets stuck or very slow in vertical directions. Does anyone know if there is a way to find whether it is my mouse problem or my setup?

You are right! It is not eGPU.
I was able to fix the problem with dGPU. It took me a while though. I had to play with BIOS settings until I figured out that CSM Support → Disabled was giving me black screen. I have it enabled and it is booting normal now.

Yes, I checked it. However, I think my build is closer to yours, and I can't still get iTunes content to play where as you can. I have sleep working 90% of the time for me, so I almost gave up on my problem with iTunes/Netflix on Safari.
