Thanks for this thread, I am up and running with a few minor issues.
I've got a BCM94360CS2 Airport card + adapter in the M.2 slot, Wi-Fi works fine but Bluetooth is really flaky - my keyboard won't stay connected. Handoff and Airdrop both work though.

Just got off the phone with Apple.
He didn't ask for a serial but the guy happily took the 'customer code' error number. He said something about manually activating/completing registration and I can log back in to iMessage now.
How long it lasts is another matter, I have persistent IDs...
Here's the result without Nvidia inject:
EdidDiscovered size=0 - I'm assuming that's bad. :)
'CurrentMode' isn't true either, during boot I have full res (1920x1080).
About this Mac says: NVIDIA Chip Model 1024 MB
Just got a GT 740, this one to be precise:

It's annoying that Apple is so stringent with iMessage.
If it's about security then why is it so easy to get iCloud working? Surely there's more valuable/private data stored in iCloud in comparison to iMessage.
I think it's the degenerate garbage known as Flash Player causing the crashes.
I uninstalled it and I haven't had the same errors on the videos I was watching yesterday.

I changed a few settings using the 'Clover Configurator' app but I wasn't really sure what I was doing so I left most of it alone. Wasn't even expecting it to boot...

I thought it had stalled again because during the last moments it was...
Same problem here, older hardware: G33M-DS2R and a GT 520.
All has been working fine with OS X, from Leopard through to Mountain Lion. This is where the screen goes black:
The installer does continue though because after a minute or so there's an audio prompt - 'to continue in...
When booted into my SL 10.6.8 install (Lion GM on separate HD) I was getting the "not compatible" error when Lion first became available on the app store yesterday, as well as "A newer version of this app is already installed on this computer". Later on in the afternoon the Lion page said it was...
