found and deleted the efi-backup folder but still the same... boot with usb and the needed options is successfull, boot without usb and the system hang... :/

why its function when i boot from the usb and change before boot, but when i change the config.plist its not ? i boot into el capitan, open the clover config to mount the efi partition, edit the config.plist and restart...where is the mistake ?
