Ok, it looks like I used your USBPorts.kext instead of my USBMap.kext in the kernel section.

The everything works Asus Z390-I Gaming * i7-8700K * SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 Build

@Leesureone Thanks for posting your efi. I was able to remove the USB port limiting elements. Sadly my BT has disappeared now. I've got the Dell DW1560 M.2 card and I'm still using the same kexts ModMike had in place. I think I turned something off for the brcm drivers. Do you have one of these...

The everything works Asus Z390-I Gaming * i7-8700K * SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 Build

Sorry about the delay, been on holiday with family. I got the replacement MB and both DIMM slots work. It still shows 4 slots available but it works otherwise. I'm using OC & associated efi folder. OOB it works. No crashes for couple days. I'm using the BCM94360NG NGFF M.2 replacement...

SSD not Recognized as Bootable after Install

I'm having the same issue with a gigabyte ga-z68xp-udp and an OCZ-vertex4 sad drive. I'm able to boot from usb every time but never without. I see the ssd with the raid label and get the "Can't Find /system/Library/Kernels/kernel" message.
