Figured it out the flicker issue thanks to BreBo, it has to do with the 10-bit color support implemented in the 10.12.5 update. Using SwitchResX fixed it by changing the color depth from a billion colors to millions.

Having an issue with graphics display. After I update my colors seem to flicker inverted and back. Was working fine prior to update with Radeon HD6870

So I tried doing a clean install again, I don't get the display color flicker issue until I install the combo update for sierra. Thats with out clover or anything else installed... - Unibeast usb - Install MacOS Sierra (everything is fine) - Restart and finish Sierra set up (everything is fine)...

I had both working perfectly in El Capitan prior to updating clover and to Sierra.

Nevermind, I figured out the problem. I replaced the appleHDA with clean one and then ran the script again and all works now. Although if my comp goes to sleep I loose audio. Everything still shows in my preferences, just no sound is coming out.
