    OS X 10.11.4 Update

OS X 10.11.4 Update - FLAWLESS VICTORY! Ran update through App Store, I changed nothing in Clover just treated it as if I was sitting in front of any other Mac. System booted, Nvidia Driver update asked to install on boot and I let it install, system restarted as normal. Smooth.

    **Possible** freezing issues with 10.11.2, Z97X UD5H and 280X

Agreed on the apple QA, it's sad to say but it seemed to start a downward trend shortly after a certain CEO passed away. Most of my work is light photoshop and illustrator so the 750ti seems to hold up just fine for my purposes, the only reason I used the 280x in the first place was it was...

    **Possible** freezing issues with 10.11.2, Z97X UD5H and 280X

Well I gave up, I found a deal on a 750ti and put it in...I had to use SwitchresX to get full resolution on my UltraWide LG display but this machine is now solid and sleep works perfectly! Same reason I stopped using the AMD card on my PC, driver support is just not there with AMD. Oh well...

    **Possible** freezing issues with 10.11.2, Z97X UD5H and 280X

Ya it's an odd one to be sure, and you and I have different 280x cards as well with what sounds like the same issue. Mine is an ASUS Direct CU II card and I'm starting to wonder if the factory overclock may have something to do with it, but I am just too damn lazy to put the card in my PC to...

    **Possible** freezing issues with 10.11.2, Z97X UD5H and 280X

I tried the framebuffer change it did nothing to solve the issue. It has definitely been better since 10.11.3 but it is still crops up every now and then, I'm going with the assumtion that it;s a driver memry leak as it gets worse over time and settles way down after a reboot.

    **Possible** freezing issues with 10.11.2, Z97X UD5H and 280X

Mine is still doing it too, it's definitely better than 10.11.2, but it is still there. Completely random as is yours, I used to be able to make it freeze in Illustrator easily but thankfully it has settled down a bit. I'm going to look at the framebuffer idea as well.

Okay, well color me shocked...I disconnected my second monitor, reboot and I can't get it to hang now... I guess I will just have to suffer with my single 27" for the time being.

    **Possible** freezing issues with 10.11.2, Z97X UD5H and 280X

Single 280x on my system... It's really odd, I can make it freeze by simply moving objects in Illustrator a few times and BAM. The GUI freezes, if I command Tab or click out to the desktop it picks up running again. The console shows the "GPU appears to be hung..." umpteen times.
