II did IOkit after update.
I did boot without caches to patch the IOKIT. How do you rebuild caches?
No external device is connected.

I tried the option to mount sing safe mode and it gave me the error

If the volume is damaged, try the "readOnly" option
I am not able to mount EFI Volume to get the Clover folder. I am attaching the IOREG and the result of the terminal code, but how do I get the clover folder? I am not able to get the computer to work other than in safe mode.

I just updated to EL Capitan to 11.6 and it now keeps restarting. I do not know wats wrong but I truly appreciate your help! I have attached my IOREG. Can you see what is wrong?

Ok. I would recommend reading the guide thoroughly and do a fresh re install.
After you install do not unplug your usb, and when you boot into clover(at first using USB) dump the ACPI tables. If you cannot copy using commands on terminal, just do them manually. Then for wifi just paste...
For the cp to work properly, the file has to be accessible by the terminal. Open terminal and type cd an then drag and drop your XPS9530 folder.
Also, what resolution do you have currently and how much Video memory is the OS showing in "about this mac"?
I updated on my Dell XPS 15 9530 and after the restart, my display basically froze in the progress bar. For me it basically meant that my internal display was not working, but it was working if I hooked it to my HDMI Television.
