It works on 10.12.6. I've tried to install 10.13.x and had some problems with graphic glitches, so moved to 10.12.6. Maybe latter try to upgrade. Have the same problem on Sierra 10.12.6. Trying to find solution with no success. Write, please, if you have the success with rehabman's guide.

Thank You for the guide. All seems to be working except USB 3.0 devices. USB 3.0 HDD works/mount only through USB 2.0 cable/hub. Maybe you can help with some advice. Thank you in advance.

The theme is old one, but GTX 660 is not a good choice for me. Having screen glitches on High Sierra 10.13.3 and low perfomance. Freezes in fullscreen videos. Web drivers didn't help. Installed 10.12.6 Sierra and all is fine.
