Yes I did it with GM and I wasn't given an option.

Replace it with your own apfs.efi in /usr/standalone/i386. That's how I fixed mine.

I hope fixes for copy&paste and iTunes crashes after pixel clock patch will appear by the time it's released. I highly doubt it though. No Mac users have encountered any such problem, so it may very well be a feature instead of a bug.

Point 1, 2, 4 have been fixed. How do I set correct UsbConnector values? Also how do I set DVMT prealloc? Do I need to apply a minStolenPatch? I don't really know anything about frame buffer being patched to DP. This patch has been there since Sierra.

I went as far as 12.6.0, which complains an unknown error occurred every time I open it. It's still crashing. :| It doesn't seem like it's iTunes' problem, also I haven't had any crash with iTunes 12.6.2 on Hackintosh Sierra.
