I am using Clover 5107. Clicked update 10.15.4. Rebooted and installed. It then brought up my profile login screen and I logged back in without errors. Everything appears to be working just fine.
What Clover Config settings did you use?
I cant get my sleep to work when I leave the machine untouched. Just the monitor sleeps.
I have tried changing just about everything mentioned.
If I activate sleep from the Apple logo it works though and wakes ok it just wont sleep on its own.
Update (4/25/16):
With the guidance of Slice, I was able to reset the flags on my EFI(disk0s1) partition. Now Clover installer/updater correctly mounts and updates the bootloader in the EFI partition.

I have been having a similar issue with Clover and Multibeast not wanting to install to my EFI partition.
