    The Supplemental Update for 10.13.3 changes the OS build number from 17D47 to 17D102. So you need to patch nVidia's drivers or wait till they release new ones.

    NVidia has posted a web driver update for 10.12.1 build 16B2657 https://images.nvidia.com/mac/pkg/367/WebDriver-367.15.10.15f03.pkg It installed without a problem for me. There's also a CUDA update, 8.0.51

    macOS 10.12.1 Update

    I was able to mount EFI in 10.12.1 using EFI Mounter v3. You can find it here https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/efi-mounter-v3.280/ With multiple drives, in Terminal, use "diskutil list" to find/verify which drive to mount
