i have nvda_drv=1
but i didn't see a change ! Nvidia driver manager finally sees the GPU ! My problem now is that it won't stay with the webdriver.
after a clean 10.11.4 install, latest clover and appropriate nvidia drivers, neither your config.plist nor AGDPfix.app solve the issue.
I guess I can start thinking of trying a non nvidia GPU.

I note that your system ID is iMac 14,1, where mine was a 17,1.
I boot without trouble with your config.plist but the GPU remains invisible.
I tried with a GT740sc, same problem.

After my first successful build last year, i'm having trouble on this one :
Gigabyte Z170-HD3p - i7 6700K - EVGA GTX960
It was installed on El Capitan then updated to Sierra and everything works globally fine except the Nvidia is not recognized.

For those who are still stuck, or if the problem appeared suddenly on a perfectly working setup, I had the same problem, but after a while I could identify the culprit in my case : my shared Exfat partition !
I use one internal storage HDD to share between Yosemite and Windows 10, and it keeps...
And for those who don't want to downgrade the driver, editing the info.plist in S/L/E/NVDAStartupweb.kext as you can see in neofusion's link with

<string>14F1021</string>
did the trick for me on 10.10.5
